Lynn offers plenty of parks and green spaces for locals who enjoy the outdoors. Lynn Shore & Nahant Beach Reservation is one of the city's top attractions. For a day of shopping, start at the Ravenstone. This gift shop offers everything from alluring statement jewelry and beauty products to vintage jewelry, crystals, and stones. The Lynn Auditorium is a great place to catch a show. The venue hosts various events, including movie nights, shows for kids, and live performances from visiting artists.
Things to Do
Plenty of family-friendly activities make Lynn a perfect home for people of all ages. Lynn Woods Reservation is one of the best stops in the warmer months, with over 30 miles of biking and hiking trails. Cross-country skiing is also an option during the winter. Lynn Shore offers beautiful sunsets and swimming. It's also an excellent place to take walks or relaxing picnics with loved ones.
Also part of Lynn's expansive waterfront is the Red Rock Park, which offers year-round opportunities for walking, hiking, cycling, and jogging with views of the Atlantic. There are plenty of benches to sit on and enjoy the beachfront. Every Thursday, enjoy a free concert.
Take time to climb to the top of High Rock Park tower and enjoy panoramic views of Lynn’s landscape. You can also look through the observatory's telescope. If you love sports, catch a baseball game at Fraser Field. Alternatively, play golf at the Gannon Golf Course with friends and then grab a bite to eat at its ultramodern clubhouse.
